Sappho

Only fragmented remains of the poetry of Greek poet Sappho (630 BC - 570BC) have been found. A selection of Sappho's fragments have inspired these images. "..........but you have forgotten me", "I tell you, someone will remember me", "......and wrapped around her, a soft linen robe." & "........persuasion is Aphrodite's daughter.".
